Any extension of your rental must be approved by our team.
For any delivery or return outside Marrakech, a minimum rental period of 7 days is required.
Our rates include third-party liability insurance with an excess.
Driving on unpaved or off-road tracks is prohibited. Damages caused in these conditions are not covered by insurance.
The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at the pickup.
Any extra fuel left in the tank cannot be refunded.
You can pick up or return the vehicle at the location of your choice in Marrakech: airport, hotels, riads, train stations, etc.
- Valid driving licence.
- Passport.
- Original documents required.
- Minimum driving licence experience: 2 years.
- Payment by cash or credit card at pickup.
- Online payment available.
- All credit cards accepted (except American Express).
- No deposit is required if you choose the full insurance (0 excess).
No refund is granted for early return of the vehicle.
If you paid online, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the rental starts.
If your payment has already been processed, the full amount will be kept as credit for a future booking.
After your booking request, you will receive a confirmation within 6 hours.
